Leading international financial printing and communications firm marks year-end with expanded services, partnerships and substantial growth
Toppan Vintage, a leading international financial printing, communications and technology company, has closed out a milestone year, marking exceptional growth and expansion going into 2018.
In March 2017, Toppan Vintage, previously Toppan Vite, acquired Vintage, a former division of PR Newswire and a provider of regulatory compliance across capital markets, corporate services, and institutional and fund services. Following the acquisition, the firm completed a strategic rebrand and adopted a new global brand name, Toppan Vintage. The rebrand marked a consolidation of brand identity and resources available across the globe and reflected the company’s plans for increased U.S. domestic and international expansion.
A partnership with Intralinks®, the world’s leading Virtual Data Room (VDR) provider, was a cornerstone of Toppan Vintage’s strategic growth throughout the year. Intralinks and Toppan Vintage now jointly market a suite of best-in-class services for deals, including the leading VDR. Toppan Vintage offers the industry’s only auto-pagination typesetting system along with comprehensive financial printing services. Combining the best VDR and financial printing and communications solutions now enables dealmakers and issuers to be more productive than ever.
The year’s service additions also included the launch of Hive® XBRL, powered by Certent, an all-in-one solution for disclosure management services, providing users with greater control over reporting processes by eliminating manual workflows and inefficiencies, and improving turnaround times and collaboration. Most recently, Toppan Vintage announced the launch of Hive® Degree, a print-on-demand service that offers graduate students a solution to print theses and dissertations while ensuring conformance to university and departmental requirements.
Toppan Vintage also continued to enhance its Hive® Content Control platform, an easy-to-use, cloud-based solution that delivers a secure, hassle-free experience for authoring, editing and managing shared documents and filing content from internal and external contributors. The offering now features Dynamic Publishing Solutions, technology designed to automate dynamic content in business communications and marketing materials, while enhancing enterprise content management and quality in a single-source environment.
“Toppan Vintage had many strong accomplishments in 2017,” said Jeffrey Riback, president of Toppan Vintage. “With our status solidified as one of the largest financial printing companies in the world, we have successfully capitalized on our integrated technology capabilities. I’m incredibly proud of our team’s accomplishments and look forward to continued success in 2018.”
Toppan Vintage kicked off the New Year by hiring Sharon Xu as Vice President, Strategic Development. Xu is based out of the firm’s Beijing office and will be primarily responsible for focusing on the firm’s China compliance customer base and supporting U.S. IPOs in the China market.
“The financial and communications needs of our clients have evolved dramatically in just the last few years, and the steps that we’ve taken with our brand and suite of services effectively ensures that our teams are able to serve the sophisticated digital requirements of many prominent corporations, investment companies, advisors, and businesses in the U.S. and abroad,” said Riback.
