SEC closed for Thanksgiving - November 22, 2018

Due to Thanksgiving, the SEC is closed Thursday, November 22, 2018. No filings can be received.

Files submitted after 5:30 pm ET, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 will receive a filing date of Friday, November 23, 2018 and will be posted to the public on November 23, 2018.

As with other holiday closings, the following file types will receive a Wednesday, November 21, 2018 filing date if filed by 10:00 pm ET on Wednesday:

  • Section 16 filings (3, 3/A, 4, 4/A, 5, 5/A)
  • Filings pursuant to Rule 462B - "MEF" filings

For any filing with a due date of Thursday, November 22, 2018, the SEC will move the due date to Friday, November 23, 2018.
